Jeremy Kyle in conjunction with Diane Shawe of Need a makeover surprises 11 year old Toni with a hair makeover

BriefingWire.com, 10/07/2010 - Toni started losing her hair at the age of four from a rare form of alopecia. Her mother became concerned when Toni's self esteem was greatly affected from the constant bullying of children who laughed at her and pulled her wig off at school.
